Already well advanced, this program, realized by SOGELYM – DIXENCE, will gather at the beginning of 2021 in the center of Lyon, a large part of the 16 current locations of ENGIE within Métropole Lyonnaise.

With its 5 garden buildings on the edge of Gerland Park, Urban Garden is the most important operation of the year 2019 according to CBRE. In second position after the To-Lyon tower (80,000 sqm) in Pardieu, dethroning Framatome (27,000 sqm) in Gerland and Lugdunum Brotteaux (23,400 sqm), this group will bring together in early 2021 half of the 16 sites of ENGIE de the Métropole Lyonnaise.
